“About Adrienne”

Adrienne Fechter, J.D., LL.M., began her trial practice as an employment and civil rights lawyer in 1986. In her litigation practice, Adrienne gained significant experience through her representation of both plaintiff employees and management in a broad range of employment-related claims. She has maintained an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 1992.

In 1998 Adrienne began serving as a neutral, and through her company, Fechter Mediation & Arbitration Services LLC (FMAS), she has mediated and arbitrated over 2,500 employment, civil rights and business disputes throughout the country. Adrienne has received extensive training as a neutral, has trained others in alternative dispute resolution, including the training of mediators employed by the EEOC, and is sought after by her colleagues to provide advice in dealing with their most difficult cases.

Adrienne created Truly Neutral in response to repeated requests from companies, colleges and universities and other non-profit enterprises, and municipalities and other governmental entities for services requiring her neutral perspective and training, as well as the experience of a seasoned employment attorney. Through Truly Neutral, Adrienne conducts professional third party investigations of workplace complaints and other issues, facilitates difficult conversations within organizations, assists employers in improving distressed workplace relationships, assesses HR and EEO policies and practices, and engages as a business consultant in assisting with the planning and implementation of challenging organizational changes.

Adrienne maintains offices in Atlanta and Denver and serves clients nationwide.
